#asktheexperts my son is three yrs old... and he is frequently caught with cold and running nose... any home remedies because using syrups are of no use

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 months agoA. mam please give indirect steam inhalation to the child. give honey in lukewarm water to the baby. also you can give turmeric milk to the baby. avoid cold beverages. also you can give Patanjali Shavasari syrup in lukewarm water which is ayurvedic medicine.
