A. For healthy weight gain of the baby, include fat and protein rich foods like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado and 600-700 ml milk everyday including variety of fluids. Feed 3 main meals and 1-2 times healthy snacks. Serve in a kiddie bowl or plate or cup with a straw from brands like Babyhug feeding range and give in different shapes and colors to make it interesting.
