Hyper activities is common in this age it’s not necessarily that any therapy is required if you want to give anything check with your doctor according to the growth of the child they will recommend you therapy but I would highly recommend you to offer for homeopathic treatment if needed that help and controlling the hyper activity and he stabilising the brain also
