Q.

#asktheexperts my son is going to be two years by the month of Jan and he has 6 tooth in the upper jaw and 6 in lower.is this defeciency?

A. Hi it's okay.. kids usually get their complete set of 20 milk teeth upto the age of 3 -3.5 years.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth to facilitate eruption of teeth remaining milk teeth
