#asktheexperts my son is a newborn. He was not well and admitted in the hospital coz of weight loss and sodium levels increased. Then later level reduced. Accordingly to doctor the less of sodium is because of less of milk intake. is this exact reason ...

A. hello yes bm contains the required sodium content for the baby and this can also be the cause and make sure to feed the baby on demand or once in every 2 hours atleast and if the bm is not sufficient then you should be giving your child infant formula milk
