A. His neck is partially stable and we are making him sit in the corner. he is trying to hold but couldn't hold his neck. If we call his name or make sounds then he raises his head smile but couldn't hold his neck constantly. he is now 9 1/2 months old. Will he become stable?

A. Hello my dear parent! Few babies can have delay in reaching their milestones, but it is always advisable to check with your doctor once in this matter. Clarify your concerns and follow your doctors advice, diligently. Good luck and take care.

A. hi is baby neck is partially stable or fully not stable if it is fully not stable I recommend you to visit a pediatrician and clear the problem if it is partially not stable in the sense for my baby his neck was not stable completely till 8 months if I make him sit or lying on his stomach position is head will be shaking mildly and whenever I am carrying him on my shoulder I will keep my one hand on head thinking he might drop is head but he will not always drop his head but 4-5 times he drop I went to the pediatrician and he said it is not a problem and gradually is head become completely stable and now he is 3 years old and completely is fine now so if you are baby is partially stable like only 10 or 20% support you are giving and 80% is fine and can able to do the activities by itself it is not a big problem. trust your intuition if you think your baby is fine only you are worried of that mild partially not stable condition then I think it is not a big problem . I have shared my story for your reference but I strongly recommend you to visit a pediatrician
