I gave him calpol 250 n relent for 2 days n fever subside.. he has productive cough n nt spitting it. yest evening he got fever n I gave him calpol 250 den after sometime he took milk .later midnight he had high fever n vomiting. again I gave calpol n temp lowered.vomited with regular intervals. again he got fever in morning at around 103° he is not drinking or eating anything since night. taking medicine with difficulty.
