#asktheexperts my son is 6.5 months...he spits milk a lot..since I have introduced solid to him from 7th months..he also puke solid food either it is banana or rice porridge...is it normal with kids? how much time it takes to get normal ??

A. Give Baby food must be soft, properly cooked and easy to chew. Start with a very small quantity and slowly increase the portion.. also avoid over feeding.. Always feed solid food to your baby when he is sitting on a chair or in your lap.
