you have to give 500 ml milk everyday and you can either give milk or milk products but the amount should be total of 500 ml
you have to give at least one and half katori rice and one katori dal everyday.
you have to give at least one and half katori vegetables everyday.
you have to give at least one and half katori wheat/roti products to the child everyday.
you have to give at least two fruits everyday
you can go for different recipes and flavours according to your local delicaccies and diets.
you can add ghee as well as dry fruits to the diet.

instead of serving plain milk, serve it with different flavors like elaychi milk, milk with honey, milk with dry fruits powder etc

please don't judge your child health from physical appearance only
if your child weighs around 16 to 18 kg then no need to worry about it much
give food items with different taste and different texture which will help to encourage your child to take interest in them
