#asktheexperts My son is 3 year old he is 13 kg weight.but now a days he is not eating food properly .all the times he is spitting foods after one or two spoon of foods

Expertpriyamvadha- NutritionistNutritionist3 years agoA. this is the age of exploration dear mom, let him state the food and get familiar with family food. sit with him and enjoy the meals as much as possible.. the difference of healthy eating will begin from here. don't stress much upon it... keep trying!!
