#asktheexperts my son is 3 months old and had a csection. My baby is on mixed feed as my milk is insufficient for the baby. Can I take the COVID vaccine?

A. Hello dear parent! Would suggest you to wait till your baby completes 6 months and starts taking semi solids. By then there will be a clarity as to whether the vaccinations are suitable for lactation mothers. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Good luck and take care.
