#asktheexperts my son is 3 and half years old. he has 20 teeth already. is it possible that he might be teething right now as he is passing green stool and I feel more saliva is being produced in his mouth.

A. hi no if all 20 milk teeth have erupted then there will be no new milk teeth erupting. might be there is some infection. consult with your pediatrician for routine checkup
