Q.
#asktheexperts my son is 2 years old..he has some issue regarding potty.. i tries to poop but his poop is so hard that can't come out..he cries a o lot while trying..he don't poop ever for 4 -5 days but tries everyday..we have tried medicine as well as doctors also but didn't find any solution.. please suggest us some solutions.. thnking you

give him atleast 2 fruits a day like morning apple and afternoon banana. reduce consumption of milk. if he drinks lot of milk then give him diluted milk for some day. but milk should be given only twice a day. morning and at night before sleep.
ajwain and jeera water will help. try this
