#asktheexperts my son is 2 years old, having constipated from the last 2 months. could you please advise.

Maam towards the home remedies I am going to tell you try this and try to generally include more of fibres and fluids in your diet their child should have good fibres and fluids plus you should apply castor oil in the night in the navel before sleeping give some prune juice and start the day with a glass of warm water sitting in malaasan trust me if you do this regularly you will see a very good difference in the digestion of the child and motion as well
