A. dear parent, every child is unique, do you should not compare. For healthy weight gain, Give top food 4 to 5 times a day and up to one katori every time. Also give one healthy snack in between. Give nuts like almond, dry fruits. All seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products, chicken. At least 500 ml of milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Avoid fruit juice and instead give the whole fruit.

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please give eggs and chicken to the baby. Also give chicken soup to the baby. Please give banana shake and ragi porrige to the baby. Please give lots of green vegetables and dairy products and soaked almonds to the baby on daily basis. Please limit soda and juices and high fat foods like chips or biscuits or cakes etc. Thanks and take care
