Q.

#asktheexperts my son is 17 month old.and he is not walking independently till now. But he walks while holding things or holding a finger of any one. I have consulted doctors but someone is saying he is having flat foot. someone is saying just normal. someone suggested putting shoes to form an arch in the foot. but to be honest I skipped his D3 drops in the first year of his.Now I feel guilty about that. could it be the reason that he is not walking till now.

A. Hello good afternoon !! Due to vitamin and calcium deficiency physical milestones reach delays. As you have skipped vitamin D3 ,consult the Doctor and go for Vitamin D3 test or ask for vitamin and Calcium supplements to balance the requirement Including calcium rich foods and supplements might help.
