Q.

#asktheexperts my son is 14 month old. Though I am still feeding him but that amount is not enough for milk intake. He has a little milk with banana daily but what’s the apt amount at this age? Minimum requirement?

A. hi, Milk is an important part of a toddler's diet because it provides calcium and vitamin D, which help build strong bones. Limit your child's milk intake to 16 ounces (480 milliliters) a day. now you may give cow milk
