Q.

#asktheexperts My son is 1 yr and 2 months and has got 8 front teeth and both behind 1 tooth but still he doesn’t like to chew food ? Why is it so ?

A. that's okay, your baby needs still time to understand. You may need to demonstrat offer finger food to encourage self eating n chewing food. Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all. In between meals keep offering healthy snacks like fruit or vegetable sticks. prepared food should look good too

A. Hello dear parent, this is absolutely normal among babies to not show interest in chewing food. Do kit worry much about it. But as a routine, you will give atleast one such thing to eat that requires chew. So that child can get in habit of chew g. Good luck and take care
