pooja jainMom of a 2 yr 2 m old girl3 months agoA. give it time taks it slow, give what he likes which is healthy like plain chapati dosa also but try to force feed one spoon of new food which is tasty, i started like that only with my daughter she used to see any new food and resist i forcefully used to make her taste only one spoon then used to ask do u want more or no
if she tells yes will give her more
if she tells no give her plain chapati only
but this way she started to learn to eat took several months and sometimes she used to tell yes give me more,

Give toddlers healthy food, and let them decide how much food to eat.
Look at toddler appetite over a week or more, rather than over a single meal or single day.
Try to create a positive eating environment, keep offering new foods and follow your toddler’s lead.
