#asktheexperts my son is 1 year 10m old . His weight is 12k. i want to know what can i give in food daily. due to chronic constipation we stop milk and cerelac.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl5 days agoA. Actually give all the family food to the child whatever you’re making at home for the whole family plus lots of proteins in the diet make sure to include fibre into every food and lots of fluids this is going to help and reducing constipation
