#AsktheExperts my son is 1 month old. he often cries due to gas pain. he is 3.2kg. I give him colimex drops as per his pediatrician suggestion. can I give him gripe water for gas pain?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the gut .
other factors include cow's milk introduction before 1 year of age , bottle feeding, not giving proper burping after each feed.
Digestive enzymces like aglozygxme drops can be given as suggested by doctor in proper dose for reliving of such symptoms .
