Ma’am by the age of 2.5 years if the child doesn’t pick up it’s not a healthy sign your child is seven years a good part is your child understands everything please consult your doctor I hope there is no such massive issue because till the time of seven years if your child hasn’t picked up on speech doesn’t sound good to me
