Q.

#asktheexperts my son have healthy eating habits like he likes fruits aand veggies but not rice. he will eat less rice but more fruits. but he will get more sick everytime with cold. I think he have less immunity on his cold. please tell me how to get immunity.

A. just make the baby comfortable with time the child will have a proper habit of eating proper food also just give the food but do not for the child to eat otherwise the child will show tantrums
