A. Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol. Recurrent fall injury for a child should be avfoided as it can lead to some chronic manifestations occagsionally . Also teeth injury should be rule out in any such case which is commonly associated and can be easily missed out most of the time .

A. Keep And ice pack on to the area where your child has got hurt and also you can give paracetamol to the child for the timing because it will help in subsiding the pain for the timing and at least your child would be able to sleep properly
