#asktheexperts my son has a constipation problem. and his poop is so hard and very painful for him. what to do for soft and regular stool.

A. Plenty of fluids and fibre should be given to the child which is what is going to be helpful in maintaining better digestion and the motion is going to get much easier with that and start giving papaya to the child at least twice in a day and buttermilk also
