A. Hai good evening !! Yes decaying spreads sometimes cause gum issues. Consult Dentist ,paediatric dentist clean up helps. Maintain oral hygiene brushing twice a day ,rinsing mouth after every meal and also after eating any sweets, chocolates. Avoid too much of sweet, chocolates which cause more decaying.
