Q.
#asktheexperts my son got a fever , but it's only at night . he has a fever of 99-100° . i have been giving him ibugesic plus syrup 7 ml . he has a cough too for which I give him zyrcold syrup 7 ml . it's been 3 days he is suffering this . please help
