No problem if baby is passing adequate urine.
If baby is active and playful, no fever, passing adequate urine ie. minimum 6-8 times per day, then no need to worry for motion
( once in 7 days or 15 times
per day- both conditions normal.

some babies will pass motions in gap of 3 to 4 days or even in a gap of one week
