I think your child could be low on the nutrients in the body so please check with your doctor what supplements or what tablets are going to be good like multivitamin you can give maybe you can give iron and accordingly they will suggest and also put your child into good physical activity so that is going to enhance overall development will help you reducing this tiredness and all in the body
