#asktheexperts My son doesn’t eat fruits or dry fruits . If i try to feed him, he just vomits. Is there a solution for this problem?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 weeks agoA. Namaste Mom Try to change the form of it , so use it for making kheer , or use in porridge , or gravies etc and other recipes would be fine

A lot of kids have this similar issues to the best that you can do is make a drive-through powder which you can give in food or you can give it with milk and similarly you should give milk with fruit smoothies and milkshakes this is a good way to introduce different fruits to your child
