Q.

#asktheexperts my son always has cough , when I give him some cold food and packet foods like curd, icecream, chips, etc after eating these items he started coughing,. what should we have to do? what is the main reason?

A. he might having cold food allergy. please avoid such things. it is good to give him daily a glass of luke warm turmeric milk and prefer to give healthy home cooked food
