A. both are not same. it is good to give syp paracetamol for any fever. give lots of liquids to drink. .and do consult your doctor for further evaluation. o k

Since it did not work, we went ahead and replaced Ibugesic with Meftal and it worked fever reduced. I feel that Meftal works better than Ibugesic to my baby.
