#asktheexperts My son, 9 months old, cries while passing stool, stool is solid, not dry hard, but sometimes little blood is seen..also it is not regular...please suggest..He is given vegetables everyday...still stool is not being passed regularly.

A. Hello, common cause of blood in an infant’s stool is a slight anal tear (fissure) from baby straining with the passage of the stool, give soft easy tk digest, fiber ruch food.
