However, if the poop is hard, painful to pass, very large, or if your child shows signs of bloating, loss of appetite, or irritability, it may be a sign of **constipation**. Encourage more water, fiber-rich foods (like fruits, veggies, and whole grains), and regular physical activity.
If this pattern continues or worsens, it’s a good idea to consult a pediatrician to rule out any underlying issues.

Fruits,vegetables,cereals,grains - Papaya,pear,
orange,apple,banana,tomato,carrot,cucumber,bottle gourd,curd,ragi,jowar.
These helps in increasing bowel movements avoid constipation.
Do regular tummy massage with warm coconut oil for 5 minutes in clockwise direction with finger tips to get relief from gas,constipation issues.
