RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl14 hours agoA. If your child is not crying then I don’t think so it’s a problem sometimes kids do this grunting kind of sound but if they are comfortable there is no sign of discomfort then you do not have to worry about it as this would be a natural thing
