Producing breast milk is a natural process you can try to include these following foods which could help to enhance the milk production such as oats garlic flax seeds dryfruits milk leafy vegetables such as drumstick leaves fenugreek leaves jeera or ajwain or saunf water
massage your breast well and also apply warm compress
