#asktheexperts my lil one stays constipated off and on. what could be a remedy for the same. my daughter is almost 2 1/2 yr old

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. baby is more than two years Constipation is quite common in babies you have to do modification of food baby will be taking we have to include fibre in the diet of the baby you lot of fruits seasonally available like mango papaya banana and adequate water for the baby to drink

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. Make sure she is wel hydrated. give your kid lukewarm water every morning and it's good to give warm water throughout the day. Include a banana everyday. Also you can soak raisins in water over night and can filter can water alone. This is also quite effective.
