#asktheexperts My Lil girl is 60 days old and I am enjoying my breastfeeding time. but after every 2 to 3 days I feel heavy breast with pain and some fever. Why does that happen?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. It might be due to milk duct clogging so you can apply warm compress by soaking a towel in warm water and apply on breast and gently massage breast with Luke warm oil either coconut oil and take paracetamol

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please massage on your breasts with coconut oil or almond oil on daily basis and also give hot water compress massage too. and also evaluate once with doctor if you are having fever. take care
