#asktheexperts my kid shows hyperactivity and concentration is less. not paying attention to speech. He is 3 yrs old. can you pls suggest the diet for him

Involve child in physical sport like catching a ball, dog & the bone, cricket. football . this improves focus
completely stop sugar. sweets, bakery. fried, junk foods.
Add more of protein foods like milk, paneer, egg. pulses , curd in the diet.
