ExpertDr Suruchi JunejaPediatric Dentist7 months agoA. Dear parent, the first teeth to fall are the lower front teeth at about 5.5 years. It is slightly early if these teeth are loose. In case some other tooth is loose, please consult a pediatric dentist.

Author of questionGuardian of 2 children7 months agoA. She already got her wisdom tooth back 1 month. I consulted my paediatrician and she said it’s fine to have wisdom tooth and it’s fine to lose milk teeth.but my girl is too early to have these.
