#asktheexperts my kid now is somehow willing to try new food. I am giving her new options every day. Is it ok to try giving her healthy and junk both to make her know that's is also a food or just healthy. And what options shall I give her? She has tried Idly, pancakes in recent days.

A. dear mum , its good that child wants to try different types of foods variety is important for balanced diet but prefer healtywholesome foods more u introduce to highly processed sweetened , fried , salty foods it is addictive so avoid
