Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 6 m old boy16 hours agoA. Hey! A temporary loss of appetite in a five year old child is very common and often normal. It can stem from several physical routine or emotional factors. Drinking too much of milk or liquids between means or frequent grazing on snacks can make the child feel full before lunchtime or dinner. Emotional stress or lack of physical activity or any minor illness is also the reason. Consult your doctor for guidance.
