#asktheexperts my kid is 6 years old and still weighing only 14 kgs.... please suggest some food or vitamin to increase his weight and appetite

A. add meal plan milk , vegetable, seasonal fruit,dairy products 😊

A. You can banana, avocado, potatoes, sweet potatoes, peas, Give milk frequently. Give dals, pulses, dairy products like panner, curd, eggs and nuts or nuts powder mixed Ith milk every day. Gvie it regularly or everyday as all are good
