#asktheexperts my kid is 15 months old. i am trying to wean him off now from bf. pls suggest the night routine and what should I give him when he wakes up at night for feed.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 week agoA. dear mum, the night time feeding should be the last feeding to be stopped. breast feeding should be stopped gradually so as to be less stressful. reduce the number of feeds during the day time first and increase the quantity of top food.
