#asktheexperts my daughter is very constipated since i introduced fresh milk to her plz help …she’s passing very hard and lumpy stool … its very painful .. plz suggest some home remedy

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 3 m old boy6 days agoA. Hello mama give one fourth tsp of honey with warm water before bedtime as natural laxative. Secondly increase the water intake and fiber rich food in diet to give relief from constipation.
