#asktheexperts my daughter is underweight and is having less stamina so suggest me how to make her fit?

A. I think you need to start with supplements for the child to build and strength and energy also you can ask your doctor for some rich protein drink and regularly make your child to running for at least half an hour to 40 minutes every day that is what is going to be helpful in building of stamina as well
