#asktheexperts My daughter is one month and 2 year old, while cleaning her poop today, i observed some blood spotting from her vagina , like small blood spots on the cotton when I was cleaning vagina. it was not major bleeding. What can be the cause and e what should I do ?

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy2 years agoA. Some female babies can have bleeding from their vagina, sometimes called “false menses.” Usually this stops after 2 to 3 days, and the baby only bleeds a very small amount. Male and female babies can have other signs of mini puberty like acne and breast development.
