#asktheexperts my daughter is not having proper meals..she just eat plain roti every time..her age is 2 yrs 5 months whta can i do for it..can u plz help me

Don't force feed All should eat together for child to learn healthy eating engage in loving conversation Avoid gadgets at meal time Avoid storing and buying junk Avoid heavy snack before meal Times Involve in buying fruits and vegetables and helping out in the kitchen in small task this creates positive association with food

When it comes to giving any kind of a pulses or vegetable to the child try to prepare them in different varieties is different gravy and all see variation how it is important for us it similarly for the kids also they get bored of heating similar kind of food to try to make something which is more attractive for your child
