#asktheexperts my daughter is not having enough milk. is this change okay??

A. it is important to follow the following points and the maximum milk you can give per day is 500 ml and after that you have to give at least One Katori of rice product 1 Katori of Dal product 1 Katori of wheat product and 1 Katori of vegetable everyday to the child and at least two fruits every day to the child and you can make anything any recipe from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits and by giving this daily you will be providing adequate nutrition to the child you can go for Milk products if the child is not taking milk

A. If she taking other solids well no issues. You can milk once a day too. But if that is less it's a concern. if it's the same way , I feel It's better to show your kid to doctor and check with your doctor and follow their advise. That would be one of the best and safest option for your baby as of now.
