#asktheexperts my daughter is not gaining weight, it is underweight and short height from the similar age group child, what can I do, I have taken medicines but no improvement observed.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 days agoA. Namaste Mom Kids grow at their pace , birth weight is expected to triple by the age of 1 and later double by the age of 5. height basically depends on ones family genes you may now include foods from regular family foods

Madam the height of the child is completely based on the genetics of the child of two different kids at the same age can have different growth and different height because their genetics are different as of now just focus on a healthy diet which will elevate the growth and height of your child over the period
